so just got back from Destin, Florida.... was fucking awesome. Woke up everyday around 11 to go out to the beach and lay out or play frisbee for a few hours followed by going on walks past everyone with karl having his speedo on so all the girls kept checkin us all out , some even asking for pictures with karl or catching us all on video tape as we walk by. each night we went out to eat somewhere... a lot of the places are the same as we have here in cville, including longhorn and tgi fridays but tried some new places like Johnny Rocket's and The Back Porch which were both awesome. Than at night we made the 25min drive out to Panama for some crazy night life...

It was good we stayedin in Destin instead of Panama bcuz the people in panama were for the most part trashy as hell.... the only time they werent was when they were really friggin hot chicas. The other problem with panama being the 2:1 ratio of guys to girls. None the less we enjoyed the night life at the clubs with nights like our "Pina Colada Foam Party" and "Pardi Gras". We also spent some time with Tim Price and his group of around 9...

All in all it was an EXTREMELY relaxing get away... only thing left now is to get to Anaheim!

without any exaggeration at all...

One of the Top 5 best weeks of my life... definately the best of the last few years...

So we got to sleep in all week for school, much gratitude for the sacrifice u underclassmen made ... Than at track we had the timed 200 and I ran a 24.68 without spikes on and am the "as of now" 2nd fastest 200 runner on the team next to the Ryan Force (and still 2nd fastest 400 runner).

The week than continued on in Columbus for Business Professionals of America State Competition with most of the IT crew on thursday and friday. It was an AMAZING time with 40$ in mostly off-brand food, movies, poker, the dance, hallway frisbee, hitting on the Max & Erma's waitresses (which included being spoon-fed caramel apple sauce and gettin down low on all the hottest clubs in Columbus)  and any other female with fully functional limbs... ONLY to go on to the next day and get FIRST place in our competition and qualifying for ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA in late April! A free trip to Disney Land, Los Angeles, and the Beach here I come!
side note, i am now going to marry Alex Mach...

the small things that added to the godly week were... another 100$ in late B-day money for Destin Spring Break totalling me around $550, some BEAUTIFUL weather finally, a good night chillin at tiendas with a lot of people i havent seen in awhile which was also the first bon fire of the year, and than Chelsea's 19th bday party... Happy Birthday babe...

Than the best for last... after Gathering of Champions (the dark spot in the week) I received an interesting letter... it was from a certain Ohio State Undergraduate Admissions Office... I can finally say, "I AM GOING TO FUCKING OHIO STATE BITCHES!!!"

Carbon Leaf - Life Less Ordinary

LYRICS
Live a life less ordinary
Live a life extraordinary with me
Live a life less sedentary
Live a life evolutionary with me
Well I hate to be a bother,
But it's you and there's no other, I do believe
You can call me naive but...
I know me very well (at least as far as I can tell)
And I know what I need

The night you came into my life
Well it took the bones of me, took the bones of me
You blew away my storm and strife
And shook the bones of me, shook the bones of me
By the way, I do know why you stayed away...
I will keep tongue-tied next time

Live a life less ordinary
Live a life extraordinary with me
My face had said too much
Before our hands could even touch
To greet a 'hello'
(So much for going slow...)
A little later on that year
I told you that I loved you dear
What do you know?
This you weren't prepared to hear
I'm a saddened man, I'm a broken boy
I'm a toddler with a complex toy
I've fallen apart, since the ambush of your heart

The night you came into my life
Well it took the bones of me, took the bones of me
You blew away my storm and strife
And shook the bones of me, shook the bones of me.
By the way, I do know why you stayed away
I will keep tongue-tied but...

Honey understand. I won't make demands
Honey understand. We could walk without a plan.
Honey understand. I won't rest in stone all alone
Honey understand. I'm all ready to go
But you already know...

Live a life less ordinary
Live a life extraordinary with me.
If I could name you in this song
Would it make you smile and sing along?
This is the goal: to get into your soul
If I could make you dance for joy
Could that be the second-chance decoy?
The bird-in-hand I would need
To help you understand?

The night you came into my life
well it took the bones of me, took the bones of me
You blew away my storm and strife
And shook the bones of me, shook the bones of me
By the way I do know why you stayed away
I will keep tongue-tied next time

Definately one I recommend for those into that easy rock...
